Your existing estate stays as it is, and what was tested is what runs. Each phase closes with a review and sign-off, and you leave with solutions in production and a way of building your team can repeat.

Your team and ours together, then your team. Every solution leaves the program with a named owner and a reason to be revisited before it breaks, so at-risk and orphaned solutions surface before they fail. We train your team to take everything over, and the program is designed so that you can keep your solutions current without depending on us. If you want us alongside your IT team afterwards, we can stay, but you will not need us to.

Modernizing the platform leads; AI is what makes it faster. Your solutions are built and run in your own tenant. AI tools are used only where you approve them, every change is reviewed by a person before it is released, and every solution has a named owner on your side.

Teams usually bring questions about fitting an existing centre of excellence, keeping AI away from production without approval, working with the DevOps they already run, and what happens to the solutions that are not moved.
